1. 14-DAY COOLING-OFF / WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

For all orders of fishing reels and fishing rods delivered to addresses within the European Union, you have the statutory unconditional right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days, for any reason and without providing any explanation.
When does the period start?
The cooling-off period begins on the day you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the fishing reel, fishing rod, or complete order.
If you order multiple items delivered separately, the period starts from the day you receive the last item. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is automatically extended to the next working day.
Legal note: If we fail to properly inform you of this right, the withdrawal period will be extended to 12 months as required by EU law.

2. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT
To cancel your order within the cooling-off period, please contact us clearly:

We will send you an immediate written confirmation of your cancellation.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS FOR FISHING REELS & RODS


To be eligible for return, your fishing reel or fishing rod must meet the following requirements:

  • Unused and untested: No signs of assembly, line winding, water contact, or outdoor use
  • Undamaged and complete: No scratches, dents, or modifications; all components, accessories, user manuals, and protective caps must be included
  • Original packaging intact: Must be returned in the original manufacturer’s box, foam protection, and sealed outer packaging
  • You must send the items back to us within 14 days from the date you notified us of cancellation.

4. REFUND TERMS

  • We will refund 100% of the total amount paid, including standard delivery fees.
  • Refund will be processed within 14 days — either from the day we receive and inspect the returned fishing gear, or the day you provide valid proof of shipment (whichever comes first).
  • Refund will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.
  • Return shipping cost: Paid by the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or sent incorrectly by us.

5. EXCEPTIONS

In accordance with EU law, the 14-day cooling-off right does NOT apply if:

The fishing reel or fishing rod has been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery

 Sealed packaging is opened and cannot be resold due to hygiene/quality protection reasons

Items are customized or specially modified according to your personal request

 This does not affect your legal rights: If you receive a faulty or non-conforming product, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund under EU guarantee laws.
