30-day exchange and return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return service process
To initiate a return, you can contact us at yinyufishing@outlook.com. Please note that returns need to be sent to the following address: China Room 1412, Building A, Yuanjing International, Wutong Street, Lengshuitan District, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package.Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care items (such as grooming supplies). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific project, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on specials or gift cards.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if you receive a refund. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll automatically issue a refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
